Danny has over 25 years of hands-on experience with extensive exposure to multiple facets of the Land Surveying profession in Ontario; working closely with the Ontario Land Surveyors on staff. He holds an associate membership with The Association of Ontario Land Surveyors and participates regularly in on-going research and study programs making him a “lifelong learner”. Danny’s academic background brings his specialized focus in Geographic studies along with a certification in GIS and Remote Sensing to the team.
Roy C. Mayo, B.Sc., OLS, OLIP

Roy is a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) with over 40 years experience. He is an active member of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors, and he is an Ontario Land Information Professional (OLIP). Roy has been involved with many of Ontario’s largest projects. Roy has personally supervised the completion of over 8,000 cadastral surveys, including residential/commercial subdivisions, condominium plans, expropriation plans, 1st Application to Land Titles Reference Plans, Surveyor’s Real Property Reports, topographic surveys, lease area certificates, complicated title search projects and custom housing layout.
Aisar Bheri, M.Sc., OLS, OLIP

Aisar has over 25 years of experience in cadastral and engineering surveys with strong expertise in monitoring networks. He graduated from the Technion, Israel in 1998 with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and in 2003 with a M.Sc. in Geomatics Engineering. Starting his career in Ontario as a Land Surveying Technologist immediately after his immigration to Canada, his commitment to the profession continued to grow. He joined MMP in 2013; in 2015 he commenced his articles and was subsequently commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor.
